Hotel order status description
It means that you have just booked. If you want to cancel the order, you can log in to the user member center to automatically cancel the order and complete the cancellation. If you want to cancel the order orally, please call the customer service hotline and our staff will handle it for you.
It means that the staff of the website is processing it for you. Generally, it will be changed to "Processed" or "Cancelled" within 30 minutes and will send you a text message

Indicate that this booking form has been processed successfully, please check in at the hotel on time. Instructions at check-in: I have a reservation and can quote your name.
Checked in (to be reviewed)
It means that we and the hotel confirm that you have stayed at this time, and you can comment on the hotel. Usually the day after you leave
It means that you have reviewed the hotel. After we pass the review, the review bonus will be credited to your account. You can view it in the account details. You can upload hotel photos during the review to get more bonuses.
Indicates that this order has been cancelled. Please see the "Cause" item in the list for the reason for cancellation
1. After you submit the order, you will receive a text message reminder that the order is being processed. After we and the hotel confirm that there is a room, you will receive a text message reminder that the hotel is successfully booked.
2. Without special instructions, the latest reservation time of the hotel is generally not more than 18:00, if you are later than 18:00, please contact the hotel before arrival to confirm the arrival time
3. If the itinerary changes, etc., you need to cancel the order, please contact us in time.
