Ticket order status description
It means that you have just booked. If you want to cancel the order, you can log in to the user member center to automatically cancel the order and complete the cancellation. If you want to cancel the order orally, please call the customer service hotline and our staff will handle it for you.
It means that the staff of the website is processing it for you. Generally, it will be changed to "Processed" or "Cancelled" within 30 minutes and will send you a text message
Tickets collected (to be checked in)
It means that this booking is processed successfully, please go to the designated place of the scenic spot to get tickets and enter the park
Tickets taken (to be reviewed)
It means that we and the scenic area have confirmed that you have collected the ticket, and you can comment on the scenic spot at this time. Usually the next day after you pick up your ticket
It means that you have commented on the attraction. After we pass the review, we will credit the review bonus to your account. You can view it in the account details. You can upload photos of the attraction during the review to get more bonuses.
Indicates that this order has been cancelled. Please see the "Cause" item in the list for the reason for cancellation
